This policy explains what happens to your information when you use Odd One Out ("the app"). The short version: the app itself does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data about you. The only third party that processes any data is Google, which serves the optional ads in the app.
None. The app has no account system, no login, and no server of its own. It does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, or location, and it does not request access to your camera, photos, microphone, or contacts.
Your progress, best scores, gems, unlocked items, and settings are saved only on your device, using the operating system's standard local storage. This data is never uploaded anywhere, is not synced across devices, and is not visible to us. If you delete the app, this data is deleted with it.
In-app purchases are handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see or receive your payment details. Apple's own privacy policy governs that transaction.
The app shows optional rewarded video ads supplied by Google AdMob. Ads are never forced: they appear only when you choose to tap a button that offers one, and you can always decline and keep playing.
To serve and measure those ads, Google may process device-level information such as your device's advertising identifier and how you interact with the ad. This processing is done by Google, not by us. We do not receive any personal information about you from Google — only aggregate, anonymous reports such as how many ads were shown in total.

On first launch, the app asks for your permission before any ad is loaded, using Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. If you decline, the app works exactly the same and you will still be able to watch rewarded ads — they will simply be less personalised. You can change this choice at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
The app is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect information from them.
Because the app holds no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to export, correct, or delete on request. Deleting the app removes all locally stored game data. For data held by Google in connection with advertising, please refer to Google's policy linked above.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date at the top.
