I bought gems but didn't receive them.
Gem packs are delivered as soon as Apple confirms the purchase. If a
purchase was charged but the gems didn't arrive, email us with the date
of the purchase and we'll sort it out. Gems are consumable items, so they
are not restored when reinstalling the app.
My progress disappeared.
Progress is stored only on your device and is not backed up to any
server, so deleting the app removes it permanently.
Do I have to watch ads?
No. Ads are entirely optional — they appear only when you choose to tap a
button that offers one. There are no forced ads.
How do I stop personalised ads?
Go to iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking and turn off
permission for this app. Rewarded ads will still work; they'll just be
less personalised.
The game is hard to read / I'm colourblind.
Open Settings inside the game and turn on High contrast mode, or switch
the shape palette to High contrast. If a specific level is still unclear,
please tell us which one.
